Turnaround or "site property flipping" times vary depending on the work load that we are currently working at the time you desire to rent or lease a site property. Our usual times for flipping or modifying a site property is 72 hours, however, there are situations that can slow this process down. Let us know in advance if you have a target date for being online. We can schedule you a "development period" that includes consultation sessions, pre-site interview, content submission, modification, and approval times.
During the Holidays
Holidays are the busiest times of the year for many who conduct business; we are no exception. Holidays are our most busiest times because site owners/renters/lessees run additional sales, contests, and announcements during these times. suggest that all holiday postings, ads, and announcements be submitted at least 7 business days before the actual posting. Content Not Submitted On Time
We run a tight ship that is necessary for maintaining site properties for our current and incoming Renters/Lessees. When content is not sent during the modification period, the process is interrupted and the project is moved to the bottom of the "task" list. Please note that we are not responsible for any financial liabilities that may occur due to undeveloped site properties that are not launched on time because the content was not submitted in the allotted time as required.
