OUR CONTRACTS ARE LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENTS. We are licensed, insured, & certified in the state of Arizona. If there should be any legal dispute, the laws of the state of Arizona shall apply.

•Web Property Rental/Lease contracts are put in place to help both parties to have a clear understanding about what is expected between the two. We try to make our contracts as simple as possible, but if for any reason you still don't understand it, please feel free to either contact us or an Attorney to review this contract for you. You are not obligated to stay in this contract, but please be aware that monies paid towards contract is non-refundable for work already rendered UNLESS you are canceling within the 30-Day Money Back Guaranteed time. •As our Client, you have the power and ability to enter into this contract on behalf of your company or organization. You agree to provide us with everything that we need to complete the project, including text, images and other information as and when we need it  (in the format that we ask for). You agree to review our work, provide feedback, and sign-off approval in a timely manner. 

•Our Contracts are written with a 30-day term. If the contract expires and is unfulfilled due to the Client not submitting web content in a timely manner, the contract will enter into default, and will be treated as a “standby project.” The development will no longer be a priority, and work will commence on the project as soon as time permits.

•You Agree To Stick To The Payment Schedule Set To Fulfill Your Contract.

•We have the experience and ability to perform the services you need from us and we will carry them out in a professional and timely manner. Virtual Website Brokers™ will work around the clock to meet all deadlines set, so, consistent communication between the Client and us is very important. Virtual Website Brokers™ nor its affiliates are liable or responsible for a missed launch date or deadline if the Client was late in supplying content, or have not approved or signed-off on their Web Evaluation.

•Please review the contract carefully to be sure that you agree to all of the terms. You are not locked into this contract; you may cancel at anytime, but still be mindful of the cancellation fee If any.  Once your Web Rental/Lease Property is published live to the internet, there is no cancellation fee for the services that have been rendered.

•One more thing. You should know that we will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information that you give us.
